The Time Is Now. Rise Sister Rise.

Ignoring darkness does not dispel it; only the light does. That is the difference between denial and transcendence." - Marianne Williamson

If you cannot bear to tune into the news.
If your heart is breaking for the world.
If you feel stuck, sad, frustrated and just want to withdraw.

Then more than ever, it is time for us as women to unite and step into our roles as leaders.
More than ever, we have to speak for those who don't have a voice.
Because we are powerful creators, lightworkers and straight up magical beings.
Rise above feeling small, because you are powerful beyond belief.
The self-perpetuating idea that we are powerless only feeds the fear.
It is time to remember who we truly are and step fully into that power.
Time to take consistent action in alignment with love.

The time is now, to rise sister rise.
If you are feeling it in every fiber of your body, heart and soul.
Listen to that call to speak, stand up and to lead.
This is your call to take action now.

You can start with yourself, your family and your community.

Spend more time with your loved ones
Cultivate more love in your own life. Give your energy to love and this will only attract more love into your life and those around you.

Small acts of kindness. Even sharing a smile with a stranger can alter someones day. No act of kindness is too small. Do what you can.

Spend more time connecting to nature. Disconnect from your devices and connect bare feet to dirt. Mother earth will provide you with the answers, if you are open to asking and listening. We also must make a personal commitment to healing her.

Speak. Write that blog post that you have been holding back on. Speak out if you witness hate. Take up space because your message and your voice is important.

Lead. If you are getting the call to lead don't wait; start before you are ready. Hold small sister support circles in your home and start spreading the good energy. Collective prayer and meditation bring more light into the planet.

How can you start leading in your community right now?
